At FerretSpares.com, we want you to have a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. To that end, we’ve compiled a FAQ list below that covers the most common questions we receive. HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?
Currently we accept payment in cash on collection, via bank transfer or via Credit or Debit Card over the phone.
We can accept payment via PayPal, however PayPal Payments incur a small surcharge to cover the PayPal fees. We try and keep costs as low as possible for our clients and provide a range of payment options.
No items can be collected or shipped until payment is received in full. Please contact us for further details.
WHAT IS NEW OLD STOCK (NOS)?
New old stock describes items that where manufactured several years ago. Typically this will be items made between 1951 - 1990 when the Daimler Ferret was still in service with the British Army, although it can refer to more recent items as well.
New old stock items have never been sold to a customer. Their condition varies, based on how they are packaged and how they have been stored. Some items are still in their original packaging, others are not.
We are happy to answer questions and send pictures on request of the exact item you are purchasing prior to shipping.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We can ship to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and many other countries. We try and keep shipping costs as low as possible.

If you are ordering items for delivery outside of the UK, it is often worthwhile ordering a few items at a time to make the shipping costs worthwhile.
